Andrew Jamison was born in Co. Down, Northern Ireland in 1986. Having studied for his BA in London, and the MLitt in Creative Writing at St Andrews, he’s published two collections of poetry with Gallery Press (‘Happy Hour’ in 2012, and ‘Stay’ in 2017). His third is forthcoming in 2024. He lives in Oxfordshire with his wife and two children, and teaches English at Abingdon School. Alongside this, he is a part-time PhD candidate at the University of Reading; his thesis is concerned with surveillance in contemporary poetry from the North of Ireland. His poetry has been published widely in the UK and further afield.
